Ambulances
Deltamed designs and builds ambulances certified to the European EN 1789 standard — from Type A ambulances on van platforms to Type C mobile intensive care units on box bodies. Base vehicles are chosen to match the mission: Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, MAN, Renault, Iveco, Citroën or Ford, with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive.
Every ambulance leaves the factory as a complete working unit. Depending on the configuration, it carries professional medical equipment throughout — mechanical or powered stretchers, defibrillator-monitors, ventilators, suction units, syringe pumps, and full immobilisation and patient-transport systems — installed, tested and ready for service.
Series production on dedicated lines gives Deltamed the consistency and capacity to deliver anything from a single vehicle to large fleet programmes, without compromising the standard each unit is built to.
And when the mission calls for something that does not yet exist — neonatal transport, multiple-victim units, rapid-response vehicles for emergency physicians — our engineers develop the concept together with the customer.

Configure your ambulance
Deltamed builds to specification, so a price starts from what the vehicle has to do. The configuration form covers the base vehicle, body, access, warning systems, electrical installation, interior and equipment — about 20 minutes to complete. You don’t need every answer: fill in what you know and leave the rest blank.
Prefer to fill in the form in your own time? Download the configuration questionnaire (PDF)
