Shipping and payment

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the European Union. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Gilău, Romania.

2. Carrier and delivery times

Parcels are carried by DPD. Orders are prepared for dispatch within one to two working days.

Transit time depends on the destination and follows the carrier’s own schedule; the estimate for your address is shown by DPD once the parcel is on its way. You receive the tracking number by e-mail when the parcel leaves us. These are the carrier’s estimates, not guaranteed delivery terms.

3. Delivery costs

The delivery cost is calculated in the basket, before you confirm the order, and depends on the destination. Delivery is free for orders over 500 lei sent to an address in Romania.

All delivery prices include VAT where VAT applies to the order.

4. Receiving the parcel

Check the parcel in front of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the courier’s document and photograph it before unpacking; this protects your claim. If nobody is at the address, the courier follows its own procedure for a second attempt or for collection from a pick-up point.

5. How you can pay

Card. Visa and Mastercard, through Netopia Payments. You are redirected to the provider’s secure page and returned to the shop after the payment. Card data never reaches us. We do not offer cash on delivery.

6. Currency, VAT and invoice

Prices and payments are in Romanian lei and include VAT at 21%. Amounts shown in euro are informative, converted at the reference rate of the National Bank of Romania. Business customers from another EU Member State with a VAT number validated in VIES are invoiced without Romanian VAT, under Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC.

An invoice is issued for every order and is available in your account and by e-mail.
